Alongside the elite high school talent, the event has become known for its exclusive Player Editions, typically pairing a heritage Retro alongside a modern performance model. While this year’s Retro remains under wraps, early looks reveals that the on-court focus will be the Air Jordan 4020, a hybrid of the fortieth and twentieth model in the storied legacy.
The colorway pulls directly from the Air Jordan 20 “Stealth”, one of the model’s original 2005 releases. Signature elements carry over in thoughtful ways, including glossy black patent leather and a patterned midfoot strap that echoes the original’s graphic storytelling that famously illustrated Michael Jordan’s career and footwear. A red interior lining adds contrast, while Jordan Brand Classic branding on the tongue anchors the pair firmly within this year’s event.
The full picture of the Jordan Brand Classic PEs of 2026 haven’t been revealed just yet, but this Air Jordan 4020 seems to be one of at least a few to surface in the coming days.
