Kith has reopened its redesigned West Hollywood flagship at 8500 Sunset Blvd., expanding the location beyond its original lower-level footprint. The updated space now reaches the ground floor, giving the brand a larger presence at the corner of Sunset and La Cienega. Designed with Ben Porto of Porto Architecture, the renovation brings a more complete retail, lifestyle, and hospitality experience to one of Los Angeles’ most recognizable streets.
The exterior sets the tone with Resawn Kebony Shou Sugi Ban wood cladding, clean landscaping, and a strong California feel. Inside, the store moves through several distinct areas, including Men’s, Women’s, Footwear, and Kith Kids. Warm woods, stone finishes, Venetian plaster walls, curved layouts, and soft lighting give each section its own identity while keeping the full space connected.
Kith also added new concepts that push the West Hollywood flagship beyond a traditional retail store. The Apothecary introduces fragrance, essential oils, and wellness products, while the VIP Studio offers a private shopping experience with Downtown LA views, custom Kith Records McIntosh audio equipment, a retractable projector, and a private changing area.
Ronnie’s Pronto brings food into the mix with a grab-and-go concept inspired by New York staples. The menu includes breakfast and lunch sandwiches, bowls, salads, espresso drinks, ceremonial-grade matcha with Nodoka, and a full Kith Treats menu with local exclusives.
Kith will celebrate the reopening with another New Balance MADE in USA collection featuring the 990v3, 990v4, 992, and 993. Drawings run from May 8th through May 10th, with early access available at the West Hollywood flagship on opening day. A wider release follows Monday, May 11th, at 11 AM through Kith stores, Kith.com, and the Kith App.
