The Nike Mind franchise has thus far highlighted its defining feature, the 22 foam nodes on the bottom of each shoe, with bright accent colors that contrast the midsole. But that was never going to stay the exclusive approach for long. Here we have the first-ever Nike Mind 002 in a true monochrome colorway, a solid option for toned-down dressers looking to dip their toe into the neuroscience-backed footwear line.
The headline is notable, but the colorway itself is straightforward. The tongue, laces, and backtab are done in College Grey, the perforated upper in Cream, and the midsole and foam nodes in Phantom. Clean, quiet, contemporary. Not bad at all.
The Nike Mind 002 “Phantom” is due out Summer 2026 for $145 in men’s sizes. The Nike Mind 001 mule continues to sell out quickly with every drop, but the 002 has become more accessible since the line’s debut earlier this year. See official images below if you’ll be going for a pair.
