Westside Gunn and Saucony are heating up the sneaker scene with a new release. The Buffalo-born rapper and Griselda Records founder just debuted the Saucony Grid Jazz 9 “Scorpion” at Paris Fashion Week.
The bold sneaker features a fully red design. It mixes reptile-textured leather, quilted panels, and faux pony hair around the collar. The traditional Saucony logo is swapped for a detailed scorpion graphic, tying into Westside Gunn’s signature brand image seen in Griselda merchandise.
Saucony’s Michael LaPilusa gave us a first close-up look during the showcase. The tonal red upper draws attention immediately, while layered materials and the striking scorpion emblem offer deep storytelling. The custom hangtag and rich textures make this pair a standout.
This is just one of several Westside Gunn Saucony collaborations dropping in 2025. Other models teased include the ProGrid Triumph 4 and ProGrid Omni 9. Saucony continues to grow its lifestyle presence through artist partnerships and unique concepts like this.
The Westside Gunn x Saucony Grid Jazz 9 “Scorpion” will release later this year at select retailers and Saucony.com. Stay tuned for further updates.
