This Nike Air Force 1 Is For SNKRS Friends & Family

October 6, 2026

The Nike SNKRS community isn’t as tangible as the groups that used to meet up for in-person drops before the online launch era, though there are some consistencies: shared experiences, good or bad, and for its most dedicated users, a deep love for Nike’s latest. For Holiday 2026, Nike is delivering something of an homage with an Air Force 1 “SNKRS Friends & Family” inspired by the app and the brand itself, recently unveiled as part of its latest SNKRS Verified product preview.

We should lead with the fact that despite the Friends & Family name, the sneaker is indeed set up for a public SNKRS-exclusive release. Cream leather lays a premium foundation off the rip, covering both the main upper and the tongue. The aglets and lace dubraes are done in Metallic Gold, while the Swooshes appear in Obsidian, disjoined from the backtab for a more pared-back vibe.

Two special touches distinguish the pair, led by Obsidian text reading “Got ‘Em” on the insoles. The Nike of Samothrace statue, located in the Louvre with a replica at the Philip H. Knight Building in Beaverton, takes over on the outsoles, tying back to the relentless pursuit of victory that underscores everything the brand does.
