Nike takes you way back with their latest rendition of one of their first running shoe icons. This Nike Moon Shoe “Soft Yellow” release checks both laid-back and sleek off the fashion mood board. With Soft Yellow dominating the upper, the shoe exudes an effortless vintage vibe. However, its timeless silhouette ensures that attention stays on the silhouette’s heritage. Nylon material continues this retro track feel, and the tone-on-tone suede accents around the heel and eyestay provide subtle detail without diminishing the shoe’s minimalist aesthetic.
Stretching across both sides are Soft Pearl leather Nike Swooshes, providing smooth contrast that compliments the upper. Cream laces and a traditional woven Nike tongue tag lean further into the retro direction, while the exposed zig-zag trim adds a slightly raw detail that makes the build feel more interesting up close.
