New Balance Coco CG2 “Roland Garros” WCOC9P6

Coco Gauff’s return to Roland Garros came with a full New Balance setup built around Paris. The reigning French Open champion wore a custom kit for her first-round match and debuted the New Balance Coco CG2 Roland Garros, a women’s release priced at $160.

The shoe arrived earlier in May during New Balance Grey Days in Faded Black, Sea Salt, Off-Line Grey, and Light Raspberry. It’s a softer look for the Coco CG2, with the kind of muted palette that fits Paris more than a loud Grand Slam colorway. New Balance kept the connection clear without making the shoe feel overly themed.

Gauff’s match kit stayed in that same lane. Grey tones carry most of the look, while pink accents, mesh overlays, and a pleated skirt bring in the tennis side. The pieces feel more styled than standard match gear, which has become part of how New Balance presents Gauff on bigger stages.

The walk-on jacket is the piece that pushes it furthest into fashion. Its asymmetric zipper, zipper cuffs, and structured shoulder pads give the outfit a sharper edge before play starts. That detail matters here because the rollout is not just about another CG2 colorway. It is New Balance building a full visual around Gauff, Paris, and her signature line.

A matching Coco Delray also released in Pink Salt and Black for $109.99, giving the collection a second retail option tied to the same Roland Garros story.

The New Balance Coco CG2 Roland Garros is available now through New Balance and select retailers in-store and online. With the kit, campaign, and quieter Paris-inspired color story, the release gives Gauff’s signature line another Grand Slam spotlight without feeling overdone.
