In basketball, taking the last shot is a responsibility reserved for the game’s best. In golf? Not so much. However, don’t let that detract from what Jordan Brand has in store for October.
As you can probably gather from that opening, the Air Jordan 14 “Last Shot” is indeed returning to shelves as a golf shoe. The release is based on the sneaker Michael Jordan wore during his final game as a member of the Chicago Bulls: Game 6 of the 1998 NBA Finals, when he hit the game-winning jumper over Bryon Russell to clinch his sixth championship and second three-peat. We got proper retros in 2005, 2011, and 2018 — and now the “Last Shot” is back again in 2025, albeit golf bring-backs don’t really count.
Consistent with our first look at the Jordan 14 Golf “Last Shot” from back in April, the sneaker does its best possible impression of the original AJ14 colorway with a quilted black leather upper, yellow Ferrari-inspired Jordan logos, and red hits on the tongue, heel, and midfoot portion of the sole. The key change, as with other golf-modified AJ14s like the “Oxidized Green,” is a new sole featuring seven sets of traction spokes.
The Air Jordan 14 Golf “Last Shot” releases October 24th via Nike SNKRS. Budget for a $235 MSRP if you’re planning to secure a pair.
In related news, the Jordan 14 “Black/University Blue” is returning for its 20th anniversary next year.
