Following a string of twenty-three colorways remembering some of his most iconic moments, the silhouette has leaned meta with its recent moves, instead recalling memorable colorways such as the “Stewie Griffin.”

Now revealed via longtime associate Frankie Walker Sr., the LeBron 23 adapts that half-menacing, half-tropical colorway faithfully, utilizing heavy amounts of carbon fiber and flora-laden collars to bring that look into a new era.
The links to that high point in James’ signature line are clear. What’s less evident is the plans for this pair. Given it’s been revealed by a close confidant, it seems equally likely that this is a PE or friends-and-family exclusive as it is that a full public release is in the works.
