Are 3D-printed sneakers a fad, or are they the future? That’s a question many have been asking in recent years, and for their part, Nike and Zellerfeld have made a big argument for the latter with their partnership, introducing the tech to the mainstream sneaker community via their transformed Nike Air Max classics.

Fall 2026 delivers a new “Glacier Blue” colorway of the Air Max 1000.2, a slightly tweaked v2 version of the Air Max 1000. Like the model’s inaugural black colorway and upcoming “Hyper Crimson,” the titular color connects to the Air bubble in the heel. The rest of the shoe, using Zellerfeld’s 3D-printed tech, comes in black.

No concrete release date for the Air Max 1000.2 “Glacier Blue” has been announced yet, though the pair has already appeared on the Nike SNKRS feed. We’ll circle back as soon as we have more info to report.
