The #bootsonlysummer wave may have cooled off quickly, but its influence is starting to show up on shelves. adidas taps into that shift with the adidas F50 Adiframe “Shock Pink”, a bold reinterpretation of its iconic F50 soccer boot now designed for everyday wear.
This release stands out immediately through its construction. The outsole mirrors traditional cleats but is fully encased in a transparent TPU shell, creating a futuristic base. It keeps the visual identity of a performance boot while making it functional for lifestyle use. Up top, the synthetic upper features a covered tongue and sharp stripe detailing, reinforcing the aggressive look tied to the original F50 line.
The launch colorway doesn’t hold back either. Dressed in a vivid “Shock Pink” with metallic silver accents, it leans fully into the statement-making direction of the design.
This drop is part of a wider effort from adidas to expand the F50 franchise beyond sport. Alongside it are models like the Taekwondo F50, Climacool F50, and Megaride F50, all reworking elements from the original boot line. At the same time, Nike is exploring a similar lane with its upcoming Cryoshot series and high-profile collaborations.
The adidas F50 Adiframe “Shock Pink” is set to release on March 1st through adidas.com and select retailers in women’s sizing, with pricing expected to land around $200 USD.
