Back-to-back NASCAR Cup Series wins by 23XI Racing have brought the ever-elusive Michael Jordan back into the public eye, as have his sneaker choices. After being spotted in the Nigel Sylvester Jordan 4 “Cinnabar” following Tyler Reddick’s win at the Daytona 500, Jordan celebrated another victory at the Autotrader 400 this past weekend, lacing up 2025’s buttery Air Jordan 4 “Marquette” PE for the occasion.
One of many Air Jordan 4 PEs made for Jordan-sponsored basketball programs last year, the “Marquette” 4s stand out with premium pale yellow nubuck across the upper. The eyestays and flaps are finished in supple suede, while gold Jumpman logos land on the tongue and heel. MJ’s recent Disney World trip showed that the G.O.A.T. isn’t against wearing his sneakers with the hangtag, but Marquette’s logo-stamped gold accessory is absent in this case.
Here’s hoping 23XI Racing keeps its win streak alive so we can keep diving into MJ’s sneaker closet.
