Nike is bringing one of its rare Oregon Ducks exclusives to the public, as the “Mummy Duck” theme is expected to land on a retail version of the Nike Air Foamposite Pro later this year. What was once reserved strictly for Oregon athletes is now being reworked into a darker, more accessible colorway for Holiday 2026.
Early reports suggest the upcoming pair will swap the original white-based look for a “Black/Barely Volt-White” palette. While official images have not surfaced yet, the design is expected to stay true to the PE roots. That includes the signature wrapped Swoosh inspired by mummy bandages, textured striping across the Foamposite shell, and glow-in-the-dark elements that give the shoe a standout finish.
Additional details are rumored to include a glowing green outsole, reflective heel accents, and the signature Mummy Duck logo stamped on the back. Together, these elements maintain the storytelling that made the Oregon-exclusive pairs so sought after in the first place.
For context, the original “Mummy Duck” Foamposite Pro and Vaporposite cleats were given to Oregon’s football team ahead of a 2025 matchup and never released to the public. That exclusivity helped build hype, and this upcoming drop looks to capitalize on that same energy.
Nike has a history of turning Ducks exclusives into limited retail releases, so availability could be tight.
