ACG is arguably the most exciting area of Nike’s business right now. The Swoosh has relaunched its outdoors sub-brand for what feels like the billionth time, this go-around with standout activations, a slight identity refresh, new models, and even the long-overdue creation of a dedicated Instagram account. At the epicenter of the relaunch is the new ACG Ultrafly, a flagship model created with insights from some of the best trail runners on the planet.
The Ultrafly is currently in its “first impressions” stage, continuing to roll out in new colorways and earn reviews from dedicated wear-testers. Early reports from actual high-mileage chasers have been pretty positive. The Ultrafly features ZoomX foam and a carbon fiber Flyplate underfoot, sharing tech with some of Beaverton’s foremost marathon runners.
Tech Specs:
Weight: 287g/10.1oz (Men’s US 10)
Heel-to-Toe Drop: 8.5mm
Key Systems: ZoomX Foam, Carbon Fiber Flyplate, Vibram Megagrip
This latest colorway is arguably the most compelling thus far, taken almost entirely in soothing Trail Blue with darker navy placements on the Swoosh, outsole, and heel logo. Perhaps the biggest thing working against the Ultrafly is its price, not necessarily a realistic option for many at $260 USD (especially since trail runners can wear out quickly).
The Nike ACG Ultrafly “Trail Blue” releases Summer 2026 via Nike and select retailers. See official images below if you plan on copping.
