It was a family affair for the Nike Air Max 95 “Neon” to start off March, bridging older and far younger siblings like the Air Max 90, Air Max Ishod, and Air Max Plus in its iconic blend of grey and bright green. Could we be seeing the 110’s looks continue to influence those catalog peers?
In “Pink Foam,” the Nike Air Max Plus has us leaning toward the affirmative, utilizing a greyscale base layer before pinning that delicate shade within its Air bubbles, on the side Swooshes, and even in the rear upper across the iconic palm tree waves. There’s even some shared DNA between this pair and that aforementioned “Neon” Air Max Plus. We’ll reserve judgement on whether this means that another all-hands-on-deck colorway celebration is in the work, but Sean McDowell’s design is suitable to wear this rosy look regardless of what Beaverton might have planned.
The Nike Air Max Plus “Pink Foam” is reportedly set to release on April 1st, retialing for $185 in men’s sizing.
