Nike’s strongest soccer-lifestyle shoe just got even more soccer-coded, if that makes sense. The Nike Total 90 III continues its run with a new women’s-exclusive “Light Crimson” SE colorway, this one leaning into the model’s archive roots with the return of a fold-over tongue.
Light Crimson covers nearly the entire upper and midsole, broken up only by white branding and a white-to-red gradient that runs parallel to the diagonal tongue/lacing setup. The real headline is that fold-over tongue, which was featured on original Total 90s but has been missing from the model’s current retro run to this point. Where there’s one, there are usually more, so we wouldn’t be surprised to see additional fold-over tongue styles surface as the 2026 FIFA World Cup draws closer.
