There’s no shortage of Nike Air Max 95 colorways available on the market, from flips on beloved grey gradient looks to more inventive editions that break from already-established looks for the silhouette. Yet evidently, Nike isn’t content with simply having the 110 be a dominant lifestyle force.
Sergio Lozano’s iconic design has primarily carved out adjacent applications by way of the Nike Air Max 95 Zip, returning to the market with hardy suede attachments the same way it came to market decades ago. Taking the foundation of those initial wintery pairs, the Nike Air Max 95 Zip now changes shape a bit, swapping out to breathable mesh in a summer-forward arrangement, a “gorpcore” style touch that adds hiking aesthetics to the streetwear tentpole.
As if to drill down those aims, this fresh compositon first comes to light with the “Medium Olive/Alabaster/Velvet Brown” colorway at hand, unabashed in its outdoorsy overtones and adding a faux-aged sole underfoot for good measure.
The Nike Air Max 95 Zip in this breezy “Medium Olive/Alabaster” colorway should be coming to Nike channels soon, retailing for $200 in men’s sizing.
