With the Air Jordan 11 “Mother’s Day” just receding out of view and the Air Jordan 3 “World’s Best Dad” the most significant on this week’s slate, it’s hard to come to any other conclusion. Yet don’t mistake that top-line takeaway for the only thing of note in the coming days. Indeed, high-traffic stories like the Nike Ja 3 “Let Me Be Ja,” Nike Air Max 1 “City Connect” series, and another batch of BAPE Crocs are worthy of attention.
The real draw this week isn’t just a single release, but a single release day. May 15th is likely the one to watch regardless of your personal tastes; the return of the Air Griffey Max 1, a wide launch for the ultra-limited Brain Child x Reebok DMX Series 3000, an all-leather Converse Shai 011, and plenty more pace the calendar right before the end of the week.

May 10th, if you still need a belated gift, sees the Menace adidas Superstar hit the theme head-on with inspiration from the brand’s founder’s mother.
May 12th sees the wide release of the Bluetile Nike SB Dunk Low, one of the sub-brands big hits so far in 2026. More from the Swoosh arrives with the Nike Ja 3 “Let Me Be Ja,” echoing Bruce Lee styles of old, and the Nike Air Max 1 “Braves,” ATL’s contribution to the City Series effort.
May 14th drops off a sequel to one of 2025’s breakouts: the BAPE Crocs Echo Clog brings the Japanese giant’s partnership onto a new model. The Nike Air Max 95 Golf “Lost and Found” celebrates a piece of PGA Championship lore, and hey, good news for Pittsburgh: Paul Skenes is out to an early lead in the Cy Young race, and the Nike Air Max 1 “Pittsburgh Pirates” offers you a chance to celebrate.
May 15th is the really loaded day on the schedule, with a diverse slate started by the return of the Nike Air Griffey Max 1 “Freshwater.” The reigning MVP introduces leather to his signature with the SHAI 001 Premium “Ink”,” the Boston brand’s month-long celebration continues with the New Balance 2000 “Grey Days” and New Balance 5030 “Grey Days,” and a highly-limited collab goes wide with the Brain Child Reebok DMX Series 3000. It’s busy for the German giant as well: the latest from the Song for the Mute adidas brings together the Samba Freizit and the Tokyo, the Beard introduces the Harden Vol. 10 “Hi-Res Yellow,” and Hyrox heads will perk up with the adidas Dropset Elite. We close on hoops: the Big Cat has two in store, with the start of the PUMA Stewie 5 journey and the PUMA MB.05 Lo “Slime, bringing new energy to Melo’s latest. Rounding out, the Nike A’Two Gold Standard looks to Wilson’s stacked trophy case, and the Reebok Shaqnosis Low “Muted Mauve” carries delicate tonality into its shorter redux.
May 16th issues a two-pack for Mike’s third: the Air Jordan 3 “World’s Best Dad” takes its retro patterning from a somber moment for MJ post-championship, while the Air Jordan 3 “Brazil” factors into the ongoing World Cup celebration.
