Palace Skateboards and Nike bring England football home with their new England FA collection inspired by this summer’s World Cup excitement.
The Palace x Nike x England Football Collection drops first on June 12th, exclusively on PalaceSkateboards.com and at all Palace shops globally, before a broader release on June 16th through Nike.com and select stores. The collection features apparel and lifestyle products, along with a black leather Nike Cryoshot with Infrared detailing.
England’s emerging players are taking the lead in this campaign. Marcus Rashford, Harry Kane, Kobbie Mainoo, and Bukayo Saka are the faces of the latest campaign images. Palace and Nike’s recent campaign video spotlighted Wayne Rooney and Jill Scott speaking about the pressure, pride and sense of community associated with England football.
Nike’s x2 series provides this initiative with broader goals that extend past just footwear. Nike is connecting federation football with like-minded collaborators and community partners through the program. Football Beyond Borders also gets a shout out on the release, shedding light on their mission of using football as a vehicle for social inclusion and long-lasting opportunities for youth.
Palace’s interpretation of the England kit kicks off with their take on the pre-match shirt. Adorned with a greyscale all-over St George-inspired graphic, Nike’s iconic Swoosh, Palace’s Tri-FFerg logo and Three Lions crest all get equal billing across the design. Palace’s pre-match shorts complete the full kit look.
The collection also features an anthem jacket, a varsity jacket, a reflective solo Swoosh tracksuit, drill tops, and pieces designed for layered training. Palace branding is littered across the collection, whilst oversized Three Lions graphics and Nike/Euro 2020 detailing ensure the England influence remains easy to identify without overpowering the range.
Featuring a black leather upper, the Nike Cryoshot elevates the drop with an edgier off-pitch shoe, pairing a football-inspired silhouette with Infrared colorways. Continuing to blur lines between game day apparel, streetwear, and fan attire.
The Palace x Nike x England Football Collection lands first on June 12th through Palace before expanding June 16th. With apparel, footwear, and England’s biggest names involved, this release gives Palace and Nike a sharp football moment ahead of the summer spotlight.
