With its first-ever collaboration in the Disney realm, Clove presents a Toy Story sneaker collection, thoughtfully created for hospital workers. The Philly-based brand collaborated with Disney and Pixar for four character-themed pairs inspired by Buzz Lightyear, Woody, Jessie and the Alien.
The Clove x Toy Story collection will be available starting June 17th on Clove’s website and through various retailers. Every shoe utilizes Clove Supercush Forte 2 as the foundational silhouette, offering a work-ready collection instead of your traditional lifestyle sneaker offerings.
The Supercush Forte 2 is designed with an easy-to-clean upper, cushioning made for long shifts, and slip resistance certified to ASTM F3445 standards. So while the Toy Story theme brings the nostalgia, the shoes are still made for nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals who are on their feet all day.
Woody and Jessie duos focus on western embellishments, cow paneling, vibrant pops of color, and tons of personality. Buzz Lightyear and The Alien takes borrow brighter colors associated with space, such as greens, blues, purple and white tied into their Pixar characteristics.
Having character-themed shoes in a children’s clinic can really help ease the tension for young patients. They give healthcare professionals something friendly and recognizable to wear during visits. For Disney fans, they provide a lighter option to footwear that typically consists of neutral colors and prioritizes practicality.
Joe Ammon, founder and CEO of Clove said healthcare workers have been left out when it comes to both product design and culture. He said the brand hopes to give their community that same hype usually reserved for collabs with big sneaker brands.

The Clove x Toy Story collection offers healthcare workers fun footwear without compromising on quality or comfort. Clove’s four Shoe of the Toy Story collection will be available June 17th on Clove’s website and at select retailers.
