LaMelo Ball Heads Back To Chino Hills On The PUMA MB.06

It’s been quite a journey from LaMelo Ball’s 92-point outing. For his biggest supporters, it’s been welcome news that his showmanship is intact almost a decade later; Timberwolves fans will be the latest to “ooh” and “aah” at his three-point floaters and logo pull-ups, but his latest era joins with his first via the PUMA MB.06 “Hills.”

Despite how imperative his Chino Hills exploits were in bringing LaMelo Ball into the national spotlight, shockingly the Big Cat has only visited the school once on LaMelo’s line; the PUMA MB.03 “Chino Hills” stamped this same light grey and volt green colorway. Though we initially described his sixth shoe as arguably one of the more “conventional” we’d seen in his series, this application demonstrates that it can still carry plenty of personality when the moment calls for it. Beyond reviving a “Neon” like palette, cobblestone textures define the fabric mesh underpinnings, while that highlighter shade allows for the standard slew of LaMelo branding to truly get some shine as they dot around the full shoe.
