Nike Air Max 95 Black Border 2025

Another day, another Nike Air Max 95 banger poised to return from the brand’s archives. Following rumors of its return, a first look at the Air Max 95 “Black Border” aka “Emerald” has emerged via @woeionline.

Originally released in 1996, the “Black Border” 95 differs from the model’s tried-and-true gradient style with alternating black and white striped sidewalls. Teal “Emerald” accents appear on the tongue, Swoosh logos, and big bubble Air units underfoot, fulfilling a 90s-esque retro vibe that’s just as compelling today as it was three decades ago.

The Air Max 95 “Black Border” is scheduled to release Fall 2025 (meaning between July-September), but no official date has been set at the time of this writing. We’ll go live with another update once official images/concrete drop details emerge.
