Following last year’s Jordan CMFT Era, the Jumpman is once again revisiting the Air Jordan 1 through a decidedly different lens. The Jordan Strada, named after the Italian word for “street,” brings cues from Mike’s first signature onto a chunky new silhouette reminiscent of Y2K-era skate shoes.
The first colorway to hit the ‘net arrives in a “Baroque Brown/Rust Pink” makeup for Fall/Winter 2026. The Swoosh, toe box, and outsole all trace their roots back to the Jordan 1 Low, though each component has been substantially reworked. The most notable changes come underfoot, where Jordan Brand introduces an entirely new sole unit featuring segmented AJ1-style traction and curved sidewalls wrapping around the midfoot. A new curved quarter panel mirrors the shape of the midsole before connecting to the lower eyestay. The toe box is finished in hairy suede and punctuated by a miniature Swoosh on the lateral forefoot, while the quarter panel appears to utilize a ballistic-style mesh.
The “Strada” name suggests that the model is intended primarily as a walking shoe, with the pronounced midfoot curve potentially offering a rocker-like sensation for casual trips around the neighborhood. Aesthetically, however, the shoe feels like a direct channeling of the OSIRIS, DC, and other chunky skate shoes that dominated the early 2000s. That same design philosophy was seen on the Jordan Flight Court, another low-top lifestyle model drawing inspiration from the Jordan 3, Jordan 4, and Jordan 5.
The Jordan Strada is expected to release Fall/Winter 2026 for $130. Peep official images of the “Baroque Brown/Rust Pink” colorway below.
