Remember last year’s MoMA-exclusive Nike Air Max 95 “Reverse Neon”? Nike is heading back to that well with a likeminded reverse take on another classic colorway, this time giving the “Blue Spark” an inverted treatment rooted in the same idea.
As you might recall, the “Reverse Neon” was inspired by an original 1990s sketch by Air Max 95 designer Sergio Lozano, essentially flipping the classic formula we know and love with a white midsole, black tongue, and inverted grey side panels. The “Reverse Blue Spark” draws from that same playbook, but the suede is cut short instead of hairy this time around, actually aligning it better with the model’s “standard” composition. Blue Spark accents land on the Swooshes, lace loops, tongue branding, and, of course, the Big Bubble Air units underfoot.
The standard Air Max 95 “Blue Spark” returned last August to plenty of fanfare from 110 diehards. While not technically an OG-inspired look, it’s very possible these could sell out just the same.
The Nike Air Max 95 “Reverse Blue Spark” releases Fall/Winter 2026 for $190 in men’s sizes. See official images below and visit our Sneaker Release Dates page to browse more upcoming pairs.
