The American brand has done well to establish their new design language while still maintaining those echoes of the past. Of course, the Reebok Angel Reese 1 is where that’s most visible, now revealing a two-pack for its next release: the “Metal Green” and the “Aqua.”

Previous pairs of Reese’s sig shoe have leaned on her on-court persona (“Reciepts Ready,” “Mebounds”), while still others have turned their attention to off-the-court moments (the Halloween-inspired “Poison Angel,” the “Gala Green.”) Both the brand and the player are clear that this duo is simply put forth as clean editions highlighting trendy colors:

In taking on these viridescent tones, the “Metal Green” utilizes softened, pastel-like applications, coming to a head with the shining heel counter affixed at the rear. The “Aqua” shifts to more vivid hues in its sole and upper, but adds black anchoring down the midline and at the heel to offset that.

The Reebok Angel Reese 1 “Metal Green” and “Aqua” hit Reebok.com and partnering retailers on August 31st, retailing for $135.
