UNDEFEATED is bringing its Dodgers-themed Converse project from Brooklyn to Los Angeles with a new Chuck 70 that celebrates the franchise’s modern chapter. After using the first pair to tell part of the Brooklyn Dodgers story while honoring Jackie Robinson, the follow-up shifts the focus west with a cleaner and more current take.
Los Angeles Dodgers ace Yoshinobu Yamamoto fronts the campaign for this West Coast release, giving the collaboration even more weight. The new pair arrives in navy faux ostrich leather, linking the franchise’s history to its present-day identity while keeping the overall look elevated and easy to wear.
Dodgers details are worked in with purpose instead of overloading the design. Bold Los Angeles branding appears stitched on the lateral ankle, while classic Dodgers lettering lands across the tongue. The fold-down tongue construction adds another layer to the storytelling, revealing both marks on each side and giving the shoe a more distinctive finish.
Release details are already locked in for the limited launch. The UNDEFEATED x Converse Chuck 70 “Dodgers” collab drops on Saturday, April 25th, exclusively through UNDEFEATED online and at its Silver Lake, New York, Phoenix, and Las Vegas locations. A wider release will follow on April 27th through Converse and MLB, before landing on SNKRS on April 28th. Retail price is set at $110.
