The Nike ST Charge “Iron Grey” adds a tougher aesthetic to Nike’s court line. It almost looks like it could handle pavement as much as a court thanks to its rugged design. The standout detail is actually a TPU armor, that swoops up from the sole and stretches across the toe box, side panels and heel.
Iron Grey makes up the majority of the shoe, offering an overall look that feels used while still looking protected. Underneath the translucent grey shell is a darker mesh base, while the overlay sports a triangle texture that makes an instant impact.
Nike breaks up the grey with sharp hits of color. Hyper Pink lines the collar and appears on the tongue details, while a green heel tab adds contrast at the back. The metallic gold Swoosh on the heel side gives the shoe its cleanest pop.
Rope-style laces and iridescent lace hardware bring another layer to the design. The translucent outsole also reveals blue and pink traction zones, adding more color beneath the rugged upper.
