Kith, Lionel Messi, and adidas Football are celebrating two milestones with one packed footwear drop. The Kith Messi adidas collection marks Messi’s 20 years on the world stage and Kith’s 15th anniversary.
Ronnie Fieg and Messi helped shape the six-shoe lineup, mixing football performance history with lifestyle staples. The collection includes the adidas Copa 17 UltraBOOST, F50 Megaride, F50 Walkable Cleat, two Handball Spezial colorways, and a deconstructed adidas Superstar.
Messi’s adidas history drives the performance side of the release. The Copa 17 UltraBOOST brings back the Kith-created hybrid from 2017, pairing a Copa Mundial-style leather upper with UltraBOOST cushioning. Snakeskin embossing, blue contrast stitching, and chrome heel clips give the pair a sharper finish.
The F50 Megaride takes a black-to-blue gradient upper and places it over Bounce tooling. Its translucent midsole can shift appearance with replaceable insoles, while Kith and Messi logos hit the heels in asymmetrical fashion. The F50 Walkable Cleat nods to Messi’s first adidas boot from the 2006 World Cup with a white-blue gradient upper, tongue shroud, and visible cleat setup.
Kith keeps the lifestyle side clean with Light Pink and White Handball Spezial colorways. Both pairs feature textile uppers, suede overlays, and gum soles. The White pair adds asymmetrical blue and yellow Three Stripes for a subtle Messi touch.
The adidas Superstar gets a deconstructed build with premium leather and removed padding for a lighter feel. Every pair also includes a commemorative Lionel Messi trading card, with select autographed and PSA-graded cards placed randomly.
The Kith x Messi x adidas Football Collection draw opens May 27th on the Kith App. Select pairs release May 29th at 11AM through Kith stores, Kith.com, and the Kith App.
