The Nike Air Rift 2 “Summit White/Swan” revisits the concept of the split- toe runner down a mellower path for Summer 2026. This new colorway ships in Summit White, Swan, Light Silver, and Ice Blue, dressing the refreshed Rift in bright and airy hues designed for springtime activity.
Nike retains much of the same silhouette from its predecessor, highlighted by the recognizable tabi toe and upper cutouts around the midfoot. The overall look still projects more sandal than street which is what we have always loved about the Rift. This iteration plays further into that aesthetic with a loopless slip-on construction and a mesh upper that feels breathable and lightweight.
Layers of white textile compose much of the upper, while horizontal perforations are placed strategically along side panels for extra airflow. Light Silver mesh is used on the tongue, collar, heel, and strip across the top of the foot for additional contrast against the white canvas. The tongue and collar are also double layered, which elevates the look while adding subtle structure to an otherwise simple silhouette.
A tonal soft grey overlay hugs the bottom half of Nike’s footwear, mirroring the lowkey mood of the overall scheme. Accent hues of Ice Blue can be spotted on small details near the forefoot and underfoot. Like everything else about this shoe, it’s just enough to stand out without sticking out. The translucent Swan outsole caps off the shoe with a muted creamy color.
