LaMelo Ball’s PUMA line is getting a more accessible hoops model with the PUMA MB.World 01.
The MB.World 01 sits outside Melo’s main signature series and appears to be his first true takedown model with PUMA Basketball. That gives the line a lower-priced option for players who like Ball’s style but do not need one of the louder, higher-priced MB releases.
Mesh handles most of the upper, giving the shoe a simpler performance look than the MB.01, MB.02, MB.03, and MB.04. Synthetic panels add support through the forefoot and sides, while the glossy toe keeps a bit of that Melo personality in the mix.
Ball’s “Not From Here” theme still makes its way onto the model. Feather-like detailing appears across the upper, and “NFH” branding is built into the herringbone traction underfoot, a nice touch for a shoe that otherwise keeps things pretty straightforward.
Early pairs have surfaced in “Puma White,” “Bright Aqua,” and “Black.” PUMA has not confirmed when the model will release in the U.S., but its appearance overseas usually means more launch info is not far behind.
