Materials do most of the talking. Ephedra mesh pairs with textured suede, giving the upper more weight and resistance. Ribbed side panels tighten the profile, while reinforced toe coverage hints at daily wear beyond clean pavement.
Iron Grey dominates the midsole and heel, adding a grounded, technical feel. The lattice-style heel cage stands out without demanding attention. Safety Orange threads through the design via rope laces, toggle hardware, and outsole hits, used sparingly but effectively.
Zoom cushioning remains untouched underfoot, now paired with a tougher outsole setup. This pair fits Nike’s broader move toward utility-driven lifestyle runners.
