Nike Rejuven8 Run “Rust Factor” IO9932-001

Nike is putting new energy behind its recovery footwear category, and the Rejuven8 Run is quietly becoming part of that shift. What was once a low-key segment is now gaining traction again, fueled by recent momentum around comfort-driven designs and post-performance wear.

That renewed interest can be traced back to moments like the 2024 Olympics, where recovery slides became a staple, and newer concepts like the Mind series helped bring attention back to the space. Now, Nike is revisiting older ideas with a more modern lens, bringing the Rejuven8 Run back into focus with updated styling.

Originally introduced around the time of the Beijing 2008 Olympics, the silhouette returns as a women’s-exclusive model with a stronger emphasis on versatility. One of its defining features is the removable inner bootie paired with a structured outer shell, allowing for a customizable feel and look.

The latest “Rust Factor” colorway leans into that flexibility. It comes with two interchangeable mesh inner options—one in red to match the outsole, and another in black for a more muted finish. The outer shell features a gradient-style execution, adding a more expressive, fashion-forward edge to the design.

Priced at $135, the Nike Rejuven8 Run “Rust Factor” is expected to release soon, although an official date has not yet been announced.
