Years of steady upward trajectory have given Crocs a small yet noticeable appetite for hype, and the brand has an ideal hypeman on board in former Yeezy designer Steven Smith.
The “godfather of dad shoes” debuted his first Crocs model last year, bringing the Foam Runner-esque Crocs Ripple to market through limited drops at ComplexCon and Art Basel Miami – a shrewd hype-building strategy not unlike executions by Jordan and Nike (see the Air Max 95 “Neon”). And it’s worked. Resale prices – the most commonly accepted hype metric – have hovered at nearly double retail since the model began trickling out. But interested buyers won’t have to give in. Months later, we’re finally on the precipice of a larger global launch.

The inaugural Crocs Ripple “Neon Ocean” releases March 5th, 2026 via select retailers, some of which you can find listed below. Crocs’ Free Feel technology is utilized throughout the molded upper, while the brand’s proprietary Mellow foam compound provides a cushioned, comfortable footbed. Smith and co. also have a Crocs Ripple “Lime Burst” colorway in the works, although release details for that pair haven’t been announced yet.
Again, the Crocs Ripple “Neon Ocean” drops via retailers globally on March 5th. See our Where to Buy section below for purchase links.
