While the weather outside hasn’t entirely reflected it yet, April signals the official start of Summer — at least when it comes to the industry. The Air Jordan Retros for the season tend to be livelier with spritely color combinations and shorts-ready concoctions, and this upcoming Air Jordan 4 “Infrared” is exactly that.
This brand new colorway, a kids exclusive drop, starts off with an all-black suede upper. Barely Volt adds a bright contrast via the visible netting that sits at the mid-foot and the tongue’s surface, while a two-hit combo of bright reds make way to the bottoms. The lighter shade of Bright Mango joins the more vivid hue of Infrared 23, with gradient effects utilized towards the rear and speckling sprayed above it.
No Nike Air here: the brand opts for the classic Jumpman logo on the heel plate, while the classic face shoebox suggests a connection to the mid-2000s era.
