The Whitaker Group and adidas are turning the Adizero Evo SL into a sunrise story with the new Do Not Duplicate Dayglow Pack. Built around two connected colorways, the release uses light and color to mimic the sky changing from early dawn into full morning. Instead of treating the pairs as separate drops, the pack works as one complete visual concept, giving the lightweight runner a more artistic edge.
Starting with black clay in the toe, this first pair transitions into muted greys and peaches towards the foot. The gradient achieves this feeling of dawn breaking gradually, with the darker portion of the shoe fading out into warmer colours as the upper opens up. It has a serene, crisp and considerate feel to it while maintaining the aggressive shape that makes the Evo SL unique.
For the second pair, the concept is expanded upon with a cream to yellow gradient that intensifies as you look deeper through the midsole before settling back into an off-white towards the heel. Accents of pinkish red towards the collar tie into that sunrise motif one more time, giving the design an extra warmth and pop. Both pairs compliment each other for a seamless dayglow spectrum.
