Kobe Bryant Air Jordan 3 PE Auction

by thesneakerscroll@gmail.com

Kobe Bryant’s rare Air Jordan 3 PE from the 2002-03 season is now up for auction, giving collectors a shot at one of the most memorable sneakers from his sneaker free-agent era. The pair is photo-matched to two huge Lakers performances in 2003, when Bryant wore the player exclusive against the Spurs and Rockets while putting up 44 and 52 points.

The white-based Air Jordan 3 carries clear Lakers energy with purple and gold accents, classic elephant print overlays, and Kobe’s signature written across the sides. It captures a unique stretch in Bryant’s career, when he had moved on from adidas and was testing sneakers from several brands before eventually landing with Nike. That period produced some of the most talked-about Kobe on-court footwear moments, and this Jordan 3 PE remains one of the standout examples.

The history tied to this pair goes beyond the colorway alone. Kobe wore the model during a stretch where he carried the Lakers without Shaquille O’Neal in the lineup, and one of those outings also included one of his most remembered in-game dunks. Because of that, this is more than just a rare player exclusive. It is a direct piece of early-2000s NBA history tied to one of the defining chapters of Bryant’s career.

The game-worn Air Jordan 3 PE is signed twice by Kobe and is currently up for auction through April 30th, CLICK HERE. Bidding has already climbed to $130,000, showing just how much demand still exists for significant Kobe memorabilia, especially from his short but unforgettable Jordan Brand stretch.
