To no one’s surprise, the inaugural edition of the Nike SB Air Force 1 was a sell-out event, turning Bruce Kilgore’s design into a skate-ready proposition for the first time in its
storied history. Also to no surprise, Beaverton is loading plenty of follow-ups for that debut pair, something we saw far in advance of that “Light Orewood Brown” edition touching down, with official images, friends & family exclusives, and in-hand early looks.
In the latter link, you’ll find what’s expected to be the next set, comprised of a Mocha-style brown, a “Wheat” redux, and the shoe at hand, a navy suede build. Surfacing once again, this aquatic edition holds onto much of what still makes this a can’t-miss storyline, bringing the plush padding, extra reinforcement, and more lax construction that brought the Dunk into the skate world onto the Air Force 1. Per Nike, you can also expect a modified tread pattern and reduced midsole height to befit the board.
In their official press, Nike themselves confirmed that more mainline pairs and special editions are on the way, with the latter likely to include collaborative efforts. As for the Nike SB Air Force 1 Low “Navy,” we’re expecting a release come Holiday 2026, placing this pair sometime between October and the end of the year. While we await further details, catch early looks below.
