A rare Air Jordan 11 sample made for Tinker Hatfield has surfaced, giving collectors another look at one of the most exclusive Jordan 11 pairs ever created. The sample is said to date back to 2013 and was reportedly made either for Tinker’s birthday or to honor his time with Jordan Brand.
White leather covers the upper, replacing the usual mesh build with a cleaner and more premium finish. Iridescent copper and rose gold patent leather wraps the mudguard, giving the shoe a polished look that separates it from standard Air Jordan 11 releases.
Special Tinker Hatfield branding appears throughout the pair. The tongue label replaces the usual “Jumpman Jordan” text with “Tinker Hatfield,” while the heel tab swaps the traditional “23” for “TH.” Black Jumpman logos add contrast on the collar area.
Original Air Jordan 11 sketches appear on the insoles, tying the sample directly to Tinker’s design legacy. A white midsole and icy blue translucent outsole finish the pair, keeping the classic Jordan 11 shape intact while adding a personal story.
The Air Jordan 11 “Tinker Hatfield” Sample will not release to the public. The rare pair recently surfaced through collector and reseller @pgknows, making it more of a true grail than a future retail launch.
