Jordan Brand’s efforts to court the world of womenswear are in focus once again. The “Nails and Grails” not only takes its cues from the world of nail care, but fully embraces it. Beginning with the most obvious cues in this colorway, Jordan Brand calls up a classic white and red arrangement, yet interprets glossy polish via patent leather overlays and represents decals with a pronounced silver wings logo.
In this palette, it reminds of the OGs without actually being one; the “New Beginnings” from 2020 and the “Newstalgia” from 2022 are its closest comparison points. Finally, cutesy graphic insoles and actual nail stickers included with each pair finalize this neighborhood-level concept.
