New Balance still hasn’t lost steam, as the 1906R “Fawn” takes the original retro-runner in a clean, earthy direction. Dropped for Fall 2025, the new iteration arrives with a muted mauve and tan gradient upper that blends mesh and synthetic overlays.
Cream laces, a white tongue, and navy accents provide just the right pop of contrast. The New Balance “N” logo is slightly faded into the design for an understated look, while the heel cage adds dimension.
Inside, the 1906R takes things more tech-forward with N-ergy cushioning and ABZORB heel support. Cream and brown rubber outsole adds a touch of durability and Y2K nostalgia. Additional details include small “1906R” branding and a contoured midsole.
The New Balance 1906R “Fawn” will be available for $155 USD Fall 2025 at NewBalance.com and select retailers.
Fans of previous colorways will appreciate the more neutral, autumnal approach of the “Fawn.” The all-neutral color palette also makes it easy to pair with fall outfits and for everyday use.
