Kobe Brand is adding another Protro-style release to its growing off-court lineup with the Nike Dunk Low Protro “WNBA All-Star” edition. Set to arrive around this year’s WNBA All-Star window, the pair continues the brand’s recent push into classic Nike Sportswear models reworked through a Kobe lens.
Hot Punch lenticular details give the shoe its strongest visual hit, landing on the Swoosh, heel tab, and tongue tag with Kobe’s sheath logo. Grey leather overlays sit over a black mesh base, while a red sockliner adds another layer of contrast. The color setup gives the Dunk Low a sharper look without moving too far away from the clean, wearable base underneath.
The Protro update is most noticeable underfoot. Kobe Brand retools the outsole with a coiled snake pattern at the forefoot, Kobe’s sheath logo at the heel, and revised Nike Sportswear branding through the midfoot. Those changes give the Dunk Low a more distinct identity compared to a standard retro and continue the Kobe Brand approach already seen on recent Air Force 1 Protro releases.

The Nike Kobe Dunk Low Protro “WNBA All-Star” is expected to release on July 17, 2026 in men’s and grade school sizing. Retail price is set at $135 for men’s and $102 for grade school.
