There’s no elaborate storytelling or particularly adventurous color blocking; it’s just a clean, wearable Air Jordan from another era.

And somewhere along the way, that simplicity began working in its favor. The “Forest Green” gradually developed a following during the late 2010s and early 2020s as sneaker tastes increasingly made room for understated, elegant Jordan colorways that had previously been overshadowed by more famous originals.

That makes this the best kind of nostalgia because the Air Jordan 14 “Forest Green” doesn’t transport you back because of some legendary Michael Jordan moment or an astronomical resale price.
