A rising tide lifts all ships, and that was evident in the late 2010s and early 2020s when the Air Jordan 1 saw extraordinary hype, propelling every height, including the often ridiculed Air Jordan 1 Mid, to serious popularity and demand. Nike Inc. has made it clear it’s not chasing that lightning in a bottle again, with plans to reduce the model’s stock across the board. That being said, it appears there’s still room for the occasional bring-back.
Enter the Air Jordan 1 Mid “Glitter,” originally released in 2019 and now back for another go-round. This 2026 pair is identical to the 2019 edition, sporting a diva-esque glittery finish on the outermost paneling. The toe box and quarter are done in tumbled leather, while an all-white sole unit caps off the delivery underfoot.
The “Glitter” Mids have historically resold for well above retail, fetching several sales in the $300-$400 range during the COVID era and subsequent resale bubble. The highest StockX sale was for damn near $700 (!!!) in February of 2023.
