The Nike Air Max 95 is a silhouette that’s spawned its fair share of offshoots over the years – from the polarizing Air Max 95 Ultra to the shrouded Air Max 95 Zip, plus plenty more that some diehard 110 fans would honestly rather forget. The Air Max 95 Tech is Beaverton’s latest tweak, reworking Sergio Lozano’s classic by swapping out its signature suede layering for synthetics.
This “Steam” colorway is one of a handful revealed so far, joining a “Black/Smoke Grey” option with more likely on the way. Recognizable yet radically different is the best way to describe the transformation. The suede “erosions” are replaced by a translucent synthetic panel with line detailing, while the toe cap and mudguard take on a textured, rubber-like finish. The “Steam” moniker pertains to the light green shade on the Swoosh, Air units, and newly elongated lace loops.
The Nike Air Max 95 Tech “Steam” is slated to release Summer 2026 via Nike for $200. Check out detailed images below if you’re considering copping.
