At the end of the day, everyone in the NBA wants to be a signature athlete (well, save for Jalen Brunson), but for those players who are either early in their career or make an impact below a star level, Nike has ensured you can still lace up kicks that reflect your personal style.
The GT Cut series has become a prime canvas for just that, issuing special editions for the likes of Dylan Harper, Rob Dillingham, Reed Shepard, or on the women’s side, Jewel Loyd in the past few seasons. Of course, no conversation about exclusive inline joints is complete without Mr. Jordan Poole, landing several in his time under the Swoosh but arguably his flashiest with a “Milk and Cookies” GT Cut 3. His Midas Touch now earns him a literal interpretation, as the gilded colorway at hand is his latest. Truthfully, this falls more in line with his sunny GT Cut 3, also where we last spotted the sunrise logo that appears on the heel of this pair. Beyond its shimmering uppers, this GT Cut 4 closes with black trim and bronzed translucent traction underfoot.
Hard details on when to expect the Nike GT Cut 4 “Jordan Poole” aren’t available at the time of writing, but expect these for a Fall/Winter release.
