The city-inspired Air Jordan 4 series is expected to continue with a new “Berlin” colorway in Spring 2027. The Air Jordan 4 “Berlin” is currently expected to release in a Black and Cave Stone color scheme, with pricing still unannounced.
Berlin’s coat of arms provides the main story behind the design. The city’s iconic black bear appears to influence the shoe’s darker palette and textured details, giving this Air Jordan 4 a stronger connection to its location than a standard black-based release.
The upper is expected to feature black nubuck and leather, creating a clean foundation similar in mood to the “Black Cat” Air Jordan 4. However, the “Berlin” pair separates itself with synthetic fur on the mudguard and toe area, tying the look back to the bear theme.
Additional details are expected to include a circular embossed pattern on the netting area, replacing the usual mesh look with something more stylized. Cave Stone accents appear on the inner tongue and outsole, adding subtle contrast against the mostly black upper.
Nike Air branding is expected on the heel, giving the non-original colorway a more retro-inspired finish. That detail should make the pair more appealing to Air Jordan 4 fans who prefer OG-style branding on newer releases.
