The Nike Dunk Low “Pink Blast” makes its message clear right away. Pink Blast takes over the upper, hitting the toe box, side panels, overlays, laces, tongue, liner, and midsole. On the Dunk Low’s low-cut frame, the color gives the shoe a loud look that feels playful without doing too much.
Black accents help pull the pair back down. Patent leather versions of the Swoosh provides a glossy accent on both sides, while Nike branding is found on the tongue, heel tabs, and insole. A black rubber outsole caps things off, offering the bright pink build a clean foundation.
The shoe also finds added depth through its mixture of materials. Smooth leather covers much of the base while glossy patent leather covers the overlays, toe, heel and Swoosh. Pink stitching and coordinating laces keep everything tied together, while the pink midsole connects the color through to the bottom half.
