A white-based “Dues Paid” Old Skool gives last year’s Travis Barker collaboration a reversed look while keeping the same tattoo-driven theme. The lighter base brings more contrast to the graphics without changing the familiar shape of the classic Vans silhouette.
Old English “Dues Paid” lettering is split across the toe boxes, pulling from the phrase tattooed across Barker’s knuckles. Barbed wire graphics cover the side panels, boombox logos appear on the tongues, and ransom-style Vans branding lands on the heels.
Vans keeps the design simple where it needs to be. The artwork does most of the work here, using the Old Skool’s side panels and toe area as the main canvas. Compared to the first pair, this version feels a bit louder because the white backdrop gives every detail more contrast.
The Travis Barker x Vans Old Skool “Dues Paid” is expected to release soon through Vans. Vans Family members will get early access, with additional launch details expected closer to the drop.
