Nike is fully bought in on the elevated direction of today’s running market, from boots-on-the-ground activations catering to the run club crowd to recent collaborations with names like Melitta Baumeister and Renegade. The Swoosh’s latest partner isn’t a clothing label or run specialty shop, but British makeup and beauty brand ISAMAYA, effectively building on founder Isamaya Ffrench’s Air Max Dn collaboration from 2024.
The Nike Vomero Premium serves as the silhouette of choice, the brand’s max-cushion daily trainer equipped with a stacked ZoomX and Air Zoom midsole. ISAMAYA “hits pan” with its interpretation, led by a striking chrome midsole that calls to mind metallic makeup packaging. Up top, things shift from glossy to matte, with a Smoke Grey mesh upper and matching “AIR” detailing. Serif ISAMAYA branding is applied throughout, appearing on the tongue, insoles, and along the lateral midsole.
