Anthony Edwards’ next signature chapter is starting to take shape as early images of the adidas Anthony Edwards 3 surface online. The new model continues adidas Basketball’s push behind one of its most important athletes, while giving the AE line a sleeker and more aggressive on-court look.
The adidas Anthony Edwards 3 moves into a low-cut build after the AE 1 and AE 2 leaned more toward mid-cut profiles. Its molded exterior features sharp, forward-facing lines that wrap across the side panels, giving the shoe a fast, directional look. Mesh areas appear along the upper, while the sculpted overlay system adds structure without losing the model’s bold personality.
This first pair arrives in a loud Lucid Pink colorway with College Purple and Bliss Lilac accents. The bright pink shell dominates the upper, while darker purple hits land around the collar, tongue, laces, and outsole details. A pale translucent-style outsole finishes the look with a softer contrast underfoot.
Performance details are expected to include Lightstrike Pro cushioning, a new traction setup, and a wishbone-shaped plate designed to help with energy return. The tooling keeps the shoe tied to adidas’ modern basketball language, while the lower stance gives the AE 3 a different feel from Edwards’ first two mainline models.
The adidas Anthony Edwards 3 “Lucid Pink” is currently expected to release November 20th, 2026 for $130 USD. Official launch details have not been confirmed, but adidas is expected to begin its rollout ahead of the fall basketball season.
